This morning we have the privilege of having Jean Watson sharing with us. Jean is a well known composer, violinist, singer whose heart in ministry is rooted in sharing Jesus with the lost. Music is simply the gift God has given her as a conduit to her passion for sharing Christ. Today she shares some of her journeys in Ireland, where most of her ministry takes her, both in performance and on radio in the UK. She will also share in Luke's Gospel, discussing complete surrender, particularly in Mary's life. We hope you enjoy while Jean shares her heart.

We're all familiar with the first two, but what's a FILO? First-In-Last-Out of course. And that's exactly what you're going to experience in Israel's journey in Chapters 3 & 4 in the book of Joshua. God's oversight, guidance, and protection will always be present.
That's a pretty good summary statement for the final verses of our last session in Chapter 8 of Romans. You can't imagine how revolutionary those words that Paul, having learned from Jesus, spoke some 2000 years ago, have been and still remain. We need to read it, meditate on it, absorb it, then live it. Amen.
Today is a special occasion. We take time each year to discuss and pray for those Christians around the world who are persecuted, many of them put to death, for their faith. Our guest speaker today is Paul Sinclair. While Paul has accomplished many things, his passion is to serve the church around the world, which he has done over the years with his wife, Lisa. What is particularly unique in Paul's report is that he interlaces specific prayers of missionaries in those areas familiar to Paul and Lisa. These prayers were given specifically for Paul to pray with us on this special day. Amazingly, one of these dear people took time to pray for us, here in America.
At the very end of Paul's message, Nancy will close and will lead the congregation in a very special rendition of "I Have Decided To Follow Jesus". You'll hear the actual song, but please listen through and use your imagination of all our dear folks sitting there following Nancy's lead. You'll get the idea when you get there. God bless these men and women, sacrificing their very lives, for Jesus name sake. |
